- 该技术之优点花费较便宜，用电少，操作简单方便，可靠度亦高，使用寿命长。为防磨损(Wear-resistant)之Coating， 可deposition之物质，包括Ti, TiN, Ti Ox，TiCr N, TiCrCN, ZrN，CrCn，CrC, TiAlCN，TiAlN, TiNb AlN, ZrN, ZrxOy，AlxOy，可使材料防磨损之良好特 性到７００℃~900℃。
- 该技术VPT-100A型可电弧沈淀(Arc Deposition)之面积有为1.6×2.6m≧100000㎡/year及2.6×3.2m≧200000㎡/year。
- 依不同可电弧沈淀之面积，其价格分别为18万美金及23万美金，交货期为六个月。
- 在电弧沈淀(Arc Deposition (Evaporat ion))技术之设备中有两个可移动之Arc evaporators。。
